Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of

•  (1) Para Pump Operator-30 Nos.
• (II) Para Fitter- 6 Nos. (III)
•  Multipurpose worker-74 No

 under UNA division allocated vide Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Jai Shakti Bhawan Shimla-5 office letter No-JSV-ES-III-D.W.-Manpower-Vol.-VW2022-5528-34 dated 30.11.2023(likely to be changed as per additional/revised allocation from the competent authority) on the terms and conditions that they will be part time worker for 6 working hours per day at the Honorarium@ Rs.6000/PM for the Para Pump Operator & Para Fitter and @ Rs. 4400/PM for Multipurpose workers. 

The essential qualification for (1) Para Pump Operator, the candidate should have minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with certificate in trade of electrician/wireman/diesel mechanic/pump mechanic/Motor mechanic Pump Operator cum mechanic from recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under skill Development Schemot government 

(II) Para Fitter, the candidate should have minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI certifi in the trade of fitter from a recognized ITI. OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trade under skill Development Scheme of the Government.

 (III) Multipurpose Workers, the candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle (8th) pass and its equivalent from School duly recognized by the State Government, for other desired qualifications, experience details and detailed selection criteria can be had from the office of the undersigned or at Notice board of Jal Shakti Division Haroli. 

Eligible and interested candidates having age >18 and <45 years can submit their applications on plain paper in the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Haroli on any working day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 p.m. up to 10.01.2024. The application received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. 

A certificate of experience, if any issued by the competent authority, issue not later than six months.

The weightage shall be given to the candidate having experience in the related filed of IPH/HPPWD/CXPPWD/PSUs/an outsourcing agency providing services in HP JSV as per norms.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:-

The candidate must apply on the prescribed form which is appended as "Annexure-A" with this advertisement and candidates are advised to apply on this format only on A-4 size paper. Applications received in any other format other than the

Annexure-A will be rejected. The same can be procured free of cost from the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Haroli Distt Una (HP).

The application form should be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting with blue/black ink ball point pen in Capital Letters only.

The candidate must fulfil all his required essential educational and other qualification on the last date fixed‌ for the submission/receipt of application forms.

Incomplete application forme.g. dedaration not signed, without photo and enclosures not attached and columns not filled in or applications received after due date shall summarily be rejected without assigning any reason. Candidate should also attach oneself addressed envelope of 9"X4" size along with Rs.5/- (Rs Five) postage stamp pasted on it with the application form.

Matriculation from recognized Board of School Education with one/ two years Diploma/ Certificate from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Information Technology (IT) & Information Technology Enabled Sectors (ITES) as notified by Director General of Employment & Training (Govt. of India) from time to time or three years Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT from a Polytechnic as approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)

ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting on Computer.

ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੋਨੇ ਕੋਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਵਫਦ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਚੋਲੇ ਪਾਕੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੋਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਰੇਬਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ।

 ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਕਰੀ , ਕੋ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਟਹਿਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾਭਾ, ਰਣਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਕੰਵਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੋਪੜ, ਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਕਾਂਤ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸੁਬਾਰਡੀਨੇਟ ਸਰਵਿਸਿਜ਼ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ 1680 ਸੈਕਟਰ 22 ਬੀ , ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਐਕਟਿੰਗ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੁਬਾਣਾ,ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਣਵਾਂ, ਮੁੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦਕ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਾਹਲ,ਐਡੀਸ਼ਨਲ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਚਾਵਲਾ, ਗੌਰਮਿੰਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਟੀਚਰਜ਼ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਪੁਆਰੀ , ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਮਾੜੀਮੇਘਾ,ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਘੋੜੇਵਾਹ,ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ,ਅਜੇ ਸਨੋਤਰਾ,ਬਲਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੰਗੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਯਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੋਟ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 18 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2022 ਦੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਸਕੀਮ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਅਧੂਰਾ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ । ਪੂਰਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਬੇਈਮਾਨੀ ਕਾਰਨ 1 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2004 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਰਤੀ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਦਾ ਜੀ ਪੀ ਐਫ ਖਾਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਗਿਆ।ਜਦਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਧੂਮਧਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਦੋਗਲੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਰੋਸ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦਕਿ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ, ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ, ਝਾਰਖੰਡ ਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਸਕੀਮ ਅਧੀਨ ਐਨ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਦੀ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਫ਼. ਦੀ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। 

ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬੇਵਜ੍ਹਾ ਹੀ ਟਾਲ ਮਟੋਲ ਦੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਅਪਣਾ ਕੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

 ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ, ਕੈਬਿਨਟ ਸਬ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਤੇ ਅਮਨ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਅਫਸੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਿਵਾਏ ਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਪੱਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਿਆ। ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬੜੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਸਕੀਮ ਅਮਲੀ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਐਨ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਦੀ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੀ ਪੀ ਐਫ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ । ਜੇਕਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਸਕੀਮ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੀ ਪੀ ਐਫ ਲਗਪਗ 180 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਐਨ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਕਟੌਤੀ ਦਾ 14% ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਲਗਭਗ 190 ਕਰੋੜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਭਗ 4000 ਕਰੋੜ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਬਜਟ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਬਲ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਚੱਲਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਰੋਸ ਰੈਲੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧ ਨੇ 28 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਠੀਕ 11 ਵਜੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਸ਼ੀਚਤ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ । ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਲੇ ਚੋਲੇ ਪਾਕੇ ਰੋਸ ਮਾਰਚ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

HP STATE CABINET DECISION TODAY : हिमाचल मंत्रिमंडल के फैसले, 4535 पदों पर भर्ती की मंजूरी

 HP STATE CABINET DECISION TODAY 

 The State Cabinet in its meeting held here today has decided to recommend the Governor to convene the Winter Session of H.P. Vidhan Sabha from 19th December to 23rd December, 2023 at Tapovan Dharamshala. The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.

 It was also decided to appoint 4500 Para-workers in Jal Shakti Vibhag, fill up 25 posts of Excise and Taxation Inspectors in the department of State Taxes and Excise and 10 posts of Horticulture Development Officers in the Department of Horticulture.

 It also accorded sanction to one time waiver of Motor Vehicle Tax as well as one time waiver of associated interest and penalties for old vehicles that will be scrapped at Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF). This waiver will be applicable for a period of one year, which will motivate vehicle owners to choose environmentally responsible options of scrapping their old vehicles in accordance with the existing norms. Furthermore, it was also decided to grant 25 percent concession to non transport vehicles upto 15 years and 15 percent concession in case of transport vehicles for eight years, on the tax payable under section 14 of the HP Motor Vehicles Taxation Act 1972 for registering new vehicle against the submission of valid ‘Certificate of Deposit’.

 It also decided to cancel the allotment of Jangi Thopan Powari Hydro Electric Power Project (780 MW) made in favour of SJVNL, as the company has failed to achieve progress in the implementation of the project within the stipulated time period.

 The cabinet gave its nod to bring more areas of Shimla, Chopal and Kullu under the planning area to check the haphazard construction in these areas. It was also approved to amend the Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1971 to empower the co-operative societies functioning in the state. Further, it was also decided to amend the rules of the Himachal Pradesh Hindu Public Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Rules, 1984 to make optimal use of gold and silver lying with the temples of the state.   

 The cabinet also approved to adopt six plus years of age criteria for the students seeking admission to Class-I in all the schools of the state from the academic session 2024-25.  

 It gave its ex-post facto approval to grant monthly rent of Rs. 5000 in rural areas and Rs. 10000 in urban areas for the disaster affected families in the state.
