Education advertised vide Advt. No.4/2019 dated 09-03-2019. Therefore, all provisionally admitted candidates are advised to submit the copies of their requisite  documents and also upload the same through their use ID in support of their eligibility for  the concerned post(s) in order to ascertain their eligibility as per essential qualification(s)  mentioned in the advertisement within 10 days positively from the date of issuance of  this press note, failing which their candidature will be rejected. Pay Scale: Functional Pay Level-2 (19900-63200) + ` 40 Special Pay

Age : 18 to 50 years

Eligibility Qualification : (i) Graduate from a recognized University
(ii) Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject.
 OR
 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects
(iii) The candidate shall have to qualify the Test in Computer Appreciation and Application. This test will be based on
Introduction to Computer & Windows, Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Power Point, Internet Browsing and Email Management
(iv) Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English converted with equivalent key depressions as the typing speed would be tested  on computers.

Phase-I
(As per criteria specified in  Section – 1.3.)
It will consist of type test in English on Computer only. The candidate has to qualify the type test as per criteria specified in
Section – 1.3 to appear in Phase – II


2 Phase-II (As per criteria
specified in Section – 1.4.)
It will consist of test of Computer Appreciation & Application.
The candidate has to qualify the Computer Appreciation & Application Test as per criteria specified in Section – 1.4.


3 Phase-III
(As per criteria specified  in Section – 1.5.)
It will consist of Aptitude test The candidate has to qualify the Aptitude test as per criteria specified in Section – 1.5.
(The candidate who will qualify Phase-II and Phase-III will appear in
Phase-IV)


4 Phase-IV (As per criteria
specified in Section – 1.6.)
The candidate has to appear for the physical verification of the

HPPSC DECLARED THE FINAL RESULT OF POST CODE 687, 34 SELECTED

Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written
Objective Type Screening Test for the recruitment of 08 posts {General(UR)-03, SC(UR)-03, OBC(UR)-
01& OBC(BPL)-01} of Superintendent (Div. Accounts) (on contract basis) Post Code: 687. The
requisition to fill up these posts was received from the Executive Director (Personnel), HPSEB Ltd.,
Vidyut Bhawan, Shimla-4 and advertised vide advertisement No. 34-1/2018 dated 27.06.2018
In response to this advertisement, in all 4991 applications were received, out of which
4311 applications were provisionally admitted.
The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 10th February,2019 in which
2475 candidates appeared and 1836 candidates remained absent. Out of total 2475 candidates appeared,
the following 34 candidates have been declared qualified and shortlisted for further selection
process/evaluation:
