HPPSC Declared the result of TGT NON MEDICAL


Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the final result for the recruitment of 209 posts {General(UR)=71, General(BPL)=30, General(WFF)=04, OBC(UR)=27, OBC(BPL)=11, SC(UR)=45, SC(BPL)=12, SC(WFF)=01, ST(UR)=05 & ST(BPL)=03} of TGT(N.M.) (on contract basis) Post Code: 632. The requisition to fill up these posts was received from Director of Elementary Education, HP and advertised vide advertisement No. 33-2/2017 dated 16.09.2017. Based on the merit of Written Objective Type Screening Test held on 8 th July, 2018, 667 candidates were called for evaluation process on government notified parameters which was conducted w.e.f. 06.10.2018 to 15.10.2018. The Commission has compiled the final result of 209 posts of TGT( Non Medical) (on contract basis) Post Code: 632. The candidates bearing the following Roll Numbers have been declared successful:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE FORM

STEP 1 (REGISTRATION/ELIGIBILTY-CHECK FORM):

  1. Click on the Registration link above.
  2. Fill in your Name, Father's Name and Date of Birth as mentioned in your Class X Mark Sheet (Matriculate Examination)
  3. Fill in your Category and Sub-Category. You will have to provide government approved certificate w.r.t 
    Category and Sub-Category at the time of PET. If requisite documents are not available, your candidature will be cancelled. 
    General Category (Unreserved) Candidates do not need any Category certificate.
  4. The candidate should fill the employment exchange details with which they are registered. It must be noted that the registration certificate must be valid on the date of applying and of the home district from which the candidate is applying for the post.
  5. Fill in your permanent district (Home District) details. Email and Phone Numbers must be accurate as all the necessary information (including your username and password) will be sent on your registered email and mobile number
  6. Click Check Eligibility
  7. If you are eligible for the post. You will be redirected to Preview form page or else you will be notified your ineligibilty.

STEP 2: PREVIEW REGISTRATION FORM

  1. Check all the details filled by you again very carefully.
  2. Check your applying Catgeory and Sub-Category Details.
  3. This is auto-generated based on your Category and Sub-Category filled by you and the post available for the same in your District.
  4. If either your applying sub-category or category or both are different then you must check the remarks.
  5. Applying category & Sub-Category is the category & sub-category respectively in which you will be competing in this recruitment Examination.
  6. Financial Category and Sub-Category is your original Category and Sub-Category. If any, financial benefit (only in terms of fees), will be applicable to you.
  7. If you are unable to provide the above-mentioned category, sub-category Certificate. Your candidature will cancelled at the time of PET.
  8. Click Submit if all the details submitted by you are correct otherwise click edit to rectify.
  9. On Submitting the form, your username and password will be mailed and SMSed to you.
  10. Save the username and password very carefully as this can't be changed or recovered later.

STEP 3: CANDIDATE'S ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  1. LOGIN using your username and password.
  2. Fill in all the details.
  3. Upload your Photograph and Signature
  4. While uploading your scanned image of your Signature, make sure that the image is zoomed in to show your signature only.
  5. The Image of your signature must on a white background.
  6. Upload your recent Passport Size Photograph. The Photograph must have a white background.
  7. If your uploaded scanned images are not clear your candidature may cancelled.
  8. Click Submit to Preview the Form.
  9. If all the details filled by you are correct, Click Submit.
  10. You will be redirected to payment gateway page.


STEP 4: FEE PAYMENT PAGE

  1. Two Payment gateway's are available
  2. You can choose either method to pay your fees.
  3. Transaction cost is also mentioned, which has to be borne by the candidate.
  4. On clicking "Pay" Button you will be redirected to payment gateway's site.
  5. After payment of your fees, you will be redirected back to this page.
  6. Payment Success notification may take from 24-48 hours.
  7. When the payment has been received from us, you will be notified by SMS and email

STEP 5: DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD
  1. If your candidature is successful and your fees has been received you will able to download after admit Card after 30-Jan-2019.

H.P. JUDICIAL SERVICE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION-2018

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: a) As on fifth of January, 2019, a candidate must be a holder of degree in Law as recognized by the Bar Council of India. b) A candidate must be a citizen of India.
