Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has released a notification for the recruitment of 7993 Posts Of Lectureres, TGT and primary teachers . Online link has been enabled and eligible and interested candidates can apply for these posts online.

HOW TO APPLY: 
1,Candidates are required to apply Online through Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website at www.kvsangathan.nic.in. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
 ii.Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and mobile number. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/ mention email ID to/ or of any other person. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment. All the eligible candidates are informed by e-mail or through SMS regarding downloading of Admit Card from designated webportal.
iii. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online.
iv. Carefully fill in the complete details in online application form. Scan and upload your recent photograph, signature and thumb impression at the appropriate places as per instructions contained in the online application format and submit the same online. Login id and password would be generated on successful submission of application and will be displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to note down their login id and password for future use.
v. Fee once deposited the same shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
 vi) The candidates have to pay examination fee online through the prescribed link at online application, the post wise examination fee payable is as under: 1. Principal –Rs.1500/- 2. vii)The candidates should take a printout of the online application, affix a recent passport size photograph and preserve it with them for their record and should not send the same to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan address or any other address. The application printout with photograph affixed will also have to be submitted during document verification at the time of interview alongwith the self attested copies of certificates in support of Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste, Caste Validity, Non Creamy Layer, Physical disability, etc. as applicable.
 viii)The name of the candidate, Date of Birth and his/ her Parents’ name etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the class X certificates/ mark sheets. At the time of filling the online application, candidates are advised to fill their particular i.e. name, father/mother name, date of birth, caste, gender correctly. After the examination or at the time of interview, the request for change of particulars especially for change of category / sub-category will not be entertained by KVS.

Punjab Education department now started rationalization of students in Govt schools. Education department after rationalizing Lectureres and Clerks, process of Rationalisation of master cadre posts is in process, for this policy of Rationalisation has been issued. It is believed that the rationalization of master cadre posts to be completed in coming days.
But in a fresh move, education department has started shifting of students to nearby schools, science groups has been closed. In this move education department is paying Rs 500/- per students per month to the principals for the transportation of students in near by schools.

CBSE issued a press release regarding Elegibility criteria for CTET 2018 in a press release CBSE spokesperson said:- Amendment in Eligibility Criteria under Point 6.1 of the Information Bulletin of CTET-2018 as per the clarification received from NCTE. 6. ELIGIBILITY The following persons are eligible for appearing in the CTET. 6.1 Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V:Primary Stage Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*. OR “Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)” “(a) who has acquired the qualification or Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two year of such appointment as primary teacher”.

In an important decision the superme court of India has said that the employee has no right to voluntary retirement (VRS). Keeping in view of public interest, the government can reject the demand for voluntary retirement. The top court has said this by justifying the decision of the Uttar Pradesh government to dismiss doctors' demand for voluntary retirement. The bench of Justice Arun Mishra and S Abdul Nazir has given this ruling on the appeal of the Deputy Chief Minister. In a news published in Dainik Jagran The High Court has declared retired by accepting the voluntary retirement application of the doctors. The apex court has said that voluntary retirement will be accepted automatically or there is a need to issue order about it, depending on the language used for it, will depend on the language used. Each case will be decided according to the rules related to it. The question of consideration in front of the court was the question of whether the employee under the modified Fundamental Rule 56 of Uttar Pradesh gives uninterrupted authority to take voluntary retirement by giving three months notice to the Government or the State Government, according to the extension attached to Rule 56 (C) Can reject his demand on the basis of. The court said that the notice period of voluntary retirement will not be considered as effective automatically after three months have passed. The appointment authority will either accept the notice or reject it. The employee does not have complete right to voluntary retirement. Under the public interest, freedom of employment The court said that the right to voluntary retirement is not bigger than the right of life. The government can reject such a demand in view of the public interest. That's because the general public also has the right to be treated with super-skilled specialist, not from the double standards. The top court said that freedom of employment is subject to public interest. After coming into the job, this right can be claimed only according to the rules. The court said that if all such doctors were allowed to retire, disorder will arise and no doctor will remain in the government hospital.
The system can not be left like this The court said that there is a shortage of doctors already. The system can not be left without competent seniors. The poor people get treatment in the government hospital.

Good News : BED PASS CAN GIVE CTET - 1 CBSE CLARIFIES


CTET 2018: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) cleared the doubt among candidates for CTET 2018. Regarding Central Teacher Eligibility Test the CBSE has said that BED pass candidates can also give CTET - 1 test  which is essential condition to teach for classes 1st to fifth grade. It is known that, in the information bulletin of the CTET 2018 issued on August 1, BEd PASS candidates have not been given place in the minimum qualification required for primary level seats. A senior CBSE officer that we are following all the instructions issued by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. It includes the NCTE's decision to qualify for teaching of BEd candidates in primary classes. The official said that in the information bulletin of the CTET , it has been clearly mentioned in the note that if the candidate who wants to be taught from first to fifth and sixth to eighth level, he will have to give two papers. In such a case it is clear that we are not blocking anyone from taking the exam.

These application has been canceled due to non-submission of application fees and incomplete forms. Rationalization Process of Master cadre started : meeting of Master trainer with Secretary tommorow


Process of Rationalisation in Punjab schools has been started step by step. Rationalizations of Lecturers and Clerks has been completed. Now in the next step Rationalisation of master cadre posts is in the process. To complete this process a team of 10-20 Principals on the directions of Secretary Education has been formed in each Distt. One Principal of each Distt has been appointed as Distt Nodal officer and 9 Principals as Master trainer. Each team will have to complete the process of Rationalisation of 25 schools, for this All these teams have been called for meeting with secretary Education at Punjab school education board auditorium on 20th August at 10 o'clock. Teachers Union boycott this rationalization policy as in New Rationalisation policy it is estimated that thousands of Posts of master cadre may be surplus in schools.

Online application for the Staff Selection Commission SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2018 has started from Friday. Earlier, according to official notification, the process of filling the application form was on July 21, but due to technical error, the Staff Selection Commission had postponed the SSC GD constable recruitment to 17th August. Applications can be made on the new website of SSC. The last date for filing online application form for SSC GD constable recruitment is 17th September. The last date for payment of application fee through SBI Invoice is September 20. The date of the examination for the GD Constable exam and the date of issue of the admission letter will be announced later by the Staff Selection Commission. According to the official notification issued by the Employees Selection Commission for GD Constable Recruitment 2018, there are a total of 54,953 vacancies for the post of Constable.

SJVN SILVER JUBILEE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

SJVN Ltd., a Mini Ratna and Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, is a joint venture between Government of India and Government of Himachal Pradesh. The company has adopted its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy to make meaningful contribution towards sustainable socio- economic development of communities through various programs. In this endeavour SJVN has introduced “SJVN SILVER JUBILEEMERIT SCHOLARSHIPSCHEME” which aims at inculcating competitive spirit amongst student’s and to nurture their academic talent.

2. Eligibility for the scheme
a.The students who have secured minimum 60% or its equivalent grade in 12th class examination in any discipline from a school under State Education Board, CBSE or ICSE in the immediate preceding academic session in the States of Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh and Maharashtra.
Eligibility for percentage of marks for BPL will be 50% and for PWD pass marks.
(i) There will be no domicile restriction for the students for eligibility for the scheme.
(ii) Recipients of any other scholarship will not be eligible for getting this SJVN scholarship.
(iii) 250 students will be awarded scholarship of Rs. 2000/-( Rs. two thousands only) per month for the whole duration of next higher course after class 12thlike bachelors degree in Engineering, Medical, Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary/ Business Administration/ Computer Applications/ LLB (5 years course) etc. The allocation of scholarship will be as per following:

(iv) In the states of Bihar, Maharashtra, Uttrakhand and Arunachal Pradesh the first 50% seats will be earmarked for the students studying in the schools situated under Project Affected Area (PAA) villages and then remaining 50% for the district(s) in which the Project is located. However the vacant seats in one category will be considered for another category.
The list of PAA villages will be provided by the respective projects to the implementing agency. 
3. How to apply
The application form can be filled and submitted online or can be downloaded from www.himcon.org or www.scholarship.himcon.org The dully filled in application form should be accompanied by two passport size photographs of the student and attested marks sheet of class 12th exam should be sent to Managing Director HIMACHAL CONSULTANCY ORGANIZATION LTD. 1st Floor Shree Niketan, Mehli-Shogi Road, Lower Panthaghati (Near IT Bhawan) Shimla-171013.
4. Selection Procedure:
Duly filled application forms will be screened by a selection committee or agency engaged by SJVN. The committee/agency will shortlist the candidates on following criteria:
(i) Rank obtained by the student in terms of marks/ equivalent grade obtained in 10+2 Board Examination.
(ii) In case of tie of the ranking, the candidate of higher age will be preferred.
(iii) 
The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview before the selection committee with all original academic certificates and testimonials. The candidates who fail to turn up for the interview on specified date will not be considered for the scholarship.
(iv) More submission of the application will not guarantee the eligibility for the scholarship. 
(v) SJVN will have the right to accept or reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage without assigning reasons. 
(vi) If sufficient applications are not received in a particular board then the vacant seats can be filled by other boards with the approval of Chairman SJVN Foundation.
5. Release of Scholarship
The scholarship will be provided annually subject to passing of previous year/session examination successfully. The scholarship will be discontinued for the succeeding year/session if a student fails to pass the examination or passes the examination through supplementary examination. The student will be required to submit prescribed requisition form for scholarship for release of the scholarship. The scholarship to the students will be provided on some special occasion like SJVN Raising day, Republic day, Teachers’ day etc.
