हिमाचल के स्कूलों में मल्टी टास्क वर्करों की भर्ती शुरू हो गई है, शिक्षा निदेशालय ने इस संबंध में उप निदेशकों को जरूरी निर्देश दिए गए हैं, और कहा है कि"
इसके फलस्वरूप पार्ट-टाईम मल्टी
टास्क वर्कर के पदों पर अब सभी नियुक्तियां केवल निति के नियम-7 के प्रावधान अनुसार ही हानी है ।
उपरोक्त के संदर्भ में आपको यह निर्देश दिये जाते है कि आप अपन अधीनस्थ
राजकीय पाठशालाओं में रिक्त पार्ट-टाईम मल्टी टास्क वर्कर के पदों को निति के नियम के अन्तर्गत भरने
की प्रक्रिया को अविलम्ब सभी औपचारिकतायें को पूर्ण करते हुये आरम्भ करने के आदेश दिए हैं। और पाठशालावार रिक्त पदों के
लिए इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों के आवेदन वाछित प्रमाण-पत्र एव दस्तावेजों सहित प्राप्त करने के लिये स्थानीय स्तर

HP CABINET DECISIONS
The State Cabinet meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur gave its approval to excise policy for the financial year 2022-23 which envisages collection of Rs. 2,131 crore revenue during the year, which will be Rs. 264 crore higher than the financial year 2021-22. This implies an overall growth of 14% in state excise revenues.
Approval was also given for the renewal of retail excise vends in the state for the financial year 2022-23 at the renewal fees of 4% of the value of unit/vend. The objective is to gain adequate enhancement in government revenue and curbing smuggling of country liquor from the neighbouring states by reduction in its price.
The brands of Country Liquor will be cheaper as license fee has been reduced. This will help in providing good quality liquor at a cheaper rate to the consumers and they won’t be tempted towards purchase of illicit liquor and evasion of duty will also be checked.
In new excise policy, the 15% fixed quota of country liquor for manufacturers and bottlers to be supplied to the retail licensees has been abolished. This step will give the retail licensees to lift their quota from the suppliers of their choice and further assure supply of good quality country liquor at competitive prices. The MRP of country liquor will be cheaper by 16% of existing price.
In this year’s policy, to provide more funds for the welfare of “Gau Vansh”, the Gaudhan Vikas Nidhi Fund has been enhanced by Rs.1/- from existing Rs.1.50 to Rs. 2.50.
In view of the reduction in Covid-19 cases in the State, Covid cess has been reduced by 50% of the existing.
The fixed annual license fee of Bars has been rationalized by abolishing the area specific slabs of license fee. Now throughout the State there will be uniform license slabs based upon the room capacity in hotels.
To provide better facility to the tourists visiting tribal areas and also provide relief to the hotel entrepreneurs, the rates of annual fixed license fee of Bars in the tribal areas has been reduced considerably.
In order to monitor the manufacturing, operations of liquor, its dispatch to wholesalers and subsequent sale to retailers, it has been made mandatory for all the above stakeholders to install CCTV cameras at their establishments.
Keeping in view recent irregularities detected by the department in liquor bottling plants, wholesale vends and retail vends, the penalty provisions under the H.P. Excise Act, 2011 have been made more stringent.
An effective end to end online Excise Administration System shall be setup in the State which shall include the facility of track and trace of liquor bottles besides other modules for real time monitoring.
The Cabinet also gave its nod to HP State Toll Policy for the year 2022-23 which envisages auction cum tender for all the toll barriers in the State. During the year 2021-22, toll revenue has registered growth of 20 percent of the previous year’s revenue.
It gave its nod to amend Himachal Pradesh Disaster Relief Manual-2012 to include deaths due to biting of honey bees, hornet and wasps, accidental drowning and deaths due to accidents of vehicles (including land, water and air) under this Manual.
The Cabinet gave its approval for filling up of 11 posts of ‘A’ Class Tehsildar in Revenue Department through direct recruitment on regular basis through Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.

सिलाई अध्यापिकाओं की सेवाओं को नियमित करने के लिए गठित होगी समितिः मुख्यमंत्री
सिलाई अध्यापिकाओं का पदनाम पुनः नामित करने और उनकी सेवाओं को नियमित करने के लिए नीति तैयार करने के संबंध में एक समिति का गठन किया जाएगा। यह बात आज मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने ओक ओवर में उनसे मिलने पहुंची सिलाई अध्यापिकाओं के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल को सम्बोधित करते हुए कही। सिलाई अध्यापिकाओं का यह प्रतिनिधिमंडल भारतीय मंजदूर संघ के अध्यक्ष मदन राणा की अध्यक्षता में सिलाई अध्यापिकाओं के मानदेय में प्रतिमाह 900 रुपये की बढ़ौतरी किए जाने पर मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त करने पहंुचा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्तमान राज्य सरकार कर्मचारियों, सहित विभिन्न विभागों के पैरा वर्कर्ज के कल्याण के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार यह भी सुनिश्चित करेगी कि पंचायत सचिवों की 20 प्रतिशत सीटें सिलाई अध्यापिकाओं से भरी जाएं और इसकी अधिसूचना शीघ्र जारी की जाएगी।
जय राम ठाकुर ने कहा कि सरकार हर स्तर पर महिला सशक्तिकरण सुनिश्चित कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री गृहिणी सुविधा योजना, बेटी है अनमोल, शगुन योजना आदि इस दिशा में शुरू की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के बजट में पहली बार जेंडर बजटिंग घटक प्रस्तुत किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के बजट में आशा वर्कर, आंगनबाड़ी वर्कर और मिड-डे मील वर्कर के मानदेय में वृद्धि की गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रतिमाह 900 रुपये की वृद्धि के साथ सिलाई अध्यापिकाओं को अब 7950 रुपये प्रतिमाह मानदेय के रूप में मिलेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान राज्य सरकार के कार्यकाल के दौरान सिलाई अध्यापिकाओं के मानदेय में कुल 1650 रुपये बढ़ौतरी की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिहाड़ीदारों की दिहाड़ी में 50 रुपये प्रतिदिन की वृद्धि की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिहाड़ीदारों को अब प्रतिमाह 1500 रुपये अधिक मिलेंगे।
भारतीय मजदूर संघ के अध्यक्ष मदन राणा ने श्रमिक वर्ग की विभिन्न मांगों पर सहानुभूतिपूर्वक विचार करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा राज्य का श्रमिक वर्ग, पैरा वर्कर्ज और दिहाड़ीदार उनके मानदेय में ऐतिहासिक वृद्धि करने के लिए हमेशा आभारी रहेंगे।
