लंबे समय से शिक्षा विभाग में प्रमोशन का इंतजार कर रहे प्रिंसिपल को शिक्षा विभाग ने बड़ा तोहफा दिया है। प्रदेश सरकार ने एक साथ 97 हेड मास्टर को प्रमोट कर प्रिंसिपल बनाया है, वहीं 44 लेक्चरर को प्रिसिपल प्रमोशन दी शुक्रवार देर शाम इस बारे में अधिसूचना जारी कर दी गई यानी प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों को 141 नए प्रिंसिपल मिले हैं।
केंद्रीय विद्यालय भनाला , जिला चंबा में टीजीटी व पीजीटी शिक्षकों की भर्ती, साक्षात्कार 8 अप्रैल को
केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संगठन की शर्तों के अनुसार पूर्ण रूप से अंशकालिक संविदा के
आधार पर 2021-22 के लिए विभिन्न पदों का वार्षिक पैनल तैयार करने और
आवश्यकता अनुसार प्रयोग करने हेतु साक्षात्कार का आयोजन विद्यालय में निम्न
तिथि के अनुसार होगा।

2. अंशकालिक
संविदा के आधार पर वेतन संगठन के नियमानुसार देय होगा।
3. अपूर्ण आवेदन पत्र
स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे।
4. साक्षात्कार हेतु कोई भी यात्रा /दैनिक भत्ता देय नहीं है।
5. अनुबंधित शिक्षकों का अस्थायी आधार पर अनुबंधित किया जायेगा जो कि
के.वि.सं. में किसी भी तरह से स्थायी नियुक्ति का अधिकार नहीं रखता।
6. किसी भी
पद हेतु 20 से अधिक उम्मीदवार होंगे तो उनकी 30 मिनट की लिखित दक्षता परीक्षा
ली जायेगी एवं इस आधार पर चुने हुए उम्मीदवारों का ही साक्षात्कार होगा।
भाषा अध्यापकों के 49 पदों पर भर्ती, कांऊसलिंग में पहुंचे 15 अभ्यर्थी
भाषा अध्यापकों की काउंसलिंग में पहुंचे महज पंद्रह अभ्यर्थी धर्मशाला। कोविड काल के बीच कांगड़ा में भाषा अध्यापकों के 49 पदों के लिए तीन दिन चलने वाली काउंसलिंग में पहले दिन तीन जिलों के अभ्यर्थियों ने रुचि नहीं दिखाई। पहले दिन प्रारंभिक शिक्षा विभाग ने जिला चंबा, ऊना, सोलन, किन्नौर, लाहौल-स्पीति लाहौल-स्पीति और सिरमौर के अभ्यर्थियों को बुलाया था। ऊना, सोलन और चंबा जिले से ही अभ्यर्थी काउंसलिंग के लिए पहुंचे। पहले दिन ऊना से 11 सोलन से तीन और चंबा जिले से एक अभ्यर्थी काउंसलिंग के लिए पहुंचा। काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया सुबह 10 बजे से शुरू हुई। 27 मार्च को मंडी, . हमीरपुर, बिलासपुर, शिमला और कुल्लू के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए काउंसलिंग होगी। कांगड़ा के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए काउंसलिंग 30 व मार्च को होगी। उपनिदेशक प्रारंभिक । शक्षा मोहिंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि पहले दिन 15 अभ्यर्थियों ने : काउंसलिंग में हिस्सा लिया।
15 अप्रैल के बाद 550 टीजीटी की होगी प्रमोशन, बनेंगे लैक्चरार
राज्य के सरकारी स्कूलों में टीजीटी से पीजीटी प्रमोशन के लिए इंतजार करना होगा। उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग ने कहा है कि 15 अप्रैल के बाद ही इनकी प्रमोशन हो पाएगी। प्रदेश में कोविङ-19 के बढ़ते मामलों ने प्रमोशन पर भी रोक लगा दी है। प्रदेश के शिक्षण संस्थान भी कोविड-19 की चपेट में आ रहे हैं। ऐसे में प्रदेश सरकार के साथ-साथ शिक्षा विभाग पर भी काम का दायित्व बढ़ गया है।

प्रशासनिक काम जैसे प्रमोशन,
ट्रांसफर आदि को कुछ समय के लिए

समय पर करवाई जाएं और रिजल्ट
भी समय पर निकले।
प्रमोशन के
काम 15 अप्रैल के बाद ही किए
जाएगे। ऐसे में साफ है कि प्रमोशन के
लिए शिक्षकों को अभी अप्रैल तक
का इंतजार करना होगा। विभाग का
यह भी कहना है कि इन दिनों जब
स्कूलों में परीक्षाएं चल रही है और
प्रमोशन के लिए औपचारिकताएं पूरी
करनी पड़ती हैं। स्टेशन अलॉट करने
का काम भी है । इसके लिए नया सत्र
शुरू होने के बाद काम किया जाएगा।
प्रमोशनन 15 अप्रैल के बाद ही होगी: कोविड-19 के बढ़ते मामलों का
स्कूलों पर असर न पड़े और स्कूलों को बंद करने की नौबत न आए, यह
देखना बेहद जरूरी है। जल्द ही प्रमोशन लिस्ट जारी कर दी जाएगी।

कोरोना का कहर : हिमाचल में शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को 4 अप्रैल तक किया बंद
प्रदेश में कोरोना का कहर बढ़ने लगा है, जिसके कारण स्कूल कॉलेज, आइटीआई, आईआइटी इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज मेडिकल संस्थानों को कल से 4 अप्रैल तक बंद रखने का निर्णय लिया है। जबकि शिक्षक व गैर शिक्षकों को आने के आदेश दिए गए हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर की अध्यक्षता में अधिकारियों के साथ हुई बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया। इस बैठक में राजस्व विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव आरडी धीमान स्वास्थ्य सचिव अमिताभ अवस्थी सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे। कोरोना की चेन तोड़ने के लिए सभी सरकारी कार्यालय अर्ध सरकारी कार्यालय शनिवार 3 अप्रैल को बंद रखने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

हिमाचल के स्कूलों में लागू होगा सेमेस्टर सिस्टम
हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड सूबे के स्कूलों में सेमेस्टर सिस्टम शुरू करने की तैयारी में है। बोर्ड ने 19 सूत्री खाका भी तैयार कर लिया है। यह फैसला स्कूली बच्चों के बस्तों का बोझ कम करने के तहत लिया गया है।
इसके अलावा भी कई और योजनाएं बोर्ड ने तैयार की हैं, जिनका खाका बोर्ड से संबद्धता प्राप्त सरकारी गैर सरकारी स्कूलों के प्रधानाचार्यों को भेज दिया है। नई शिक्षा नीति के तहत सेमेस्टर सिस्टम नौवीं से जमा दो तक की कक्षाओं के लिए शुरू होगा।
फैसला स्कूल बैग पॉलिसी-2020 के तहत लिया है, जिसका उद्देश्य बस्ते का वजन कम करना था। किताबों के लिए लॉकर सिस्टम भी होगा। एक डेस्क पर बैठे दो विद्यार्थी किताबें साझा भी करेंगे। बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष डॉ. सुरेश कुमार सोनी ने इसकी जानकारी दी।
