No minister could do that, which the struggle of students did, Govt put Affidavit in high court to fill vacancy of teachers

 In a hearing in the High Court hearing on vacant posts of teachers in government schools, Education Secretary Dr. Arun Kumar Sharma gave  information through an affidavit that here is no such government school in the state where at least one teacher is not deployed. The matter is being hear today also. Education Secretary said that the process of filling the vacant posts of teachers is in progress.

What was the matter ?

Students of senior secondary school  Dogri had written a letter to the High Court and asked for the deployment of teachers. A post of TGT non-medical mathematics in this school from the year 2006, the post of TGT science from May 2014, two posts of TGT Arts from 14 July 2016 and one position of language teacher was going on empty from 1998.  The students studying at the school went on a hunger strike. After the intervention of the High Court, the Education Department, which came into action, filled the vacant posts in these schools.

State High Court has issued orders to the state government to immediately fill up the posts of thousands of teachers lying vacant in different schools. Following the directives of the High Court, the process of filling up the vacant posts of teachers lying vacant on the education department has begun.

About 2500 new posts of education department TGT and JBT are filled with batches and commission.
