HP CABINET DECISION:-2399 पदों को भरने की मंजूरी, जाने पूरी जानकारी
The Cabinet in its meeting decided to fill up 2277 vacant posts of various categories of teachers on contract basis in the Elementary Education Department. These include 671 posts of JBT, 835 of TGTs, 375 posts of Shastri and 396 posts of Language Teachers.
It decided to implement the Himachal Health Care Scheme (HIMCARE) in the State. The cashless treatment coverage of rupees five lakh per year per family will be provided under the scheme on family floater basis to all five members of per family as a unit. The treatment will be provided on the basis of pre-defined package rates in the empanelled hospitals. The hospitals empanelled under Ayushman Bharat will stand automatically empanelled for HIMCARE. This will cover all families of the State which are not covered under Ayushman Bharat scheme.
In another major decision, the Cabinet gave its approval to establish the Himachal Pradesh Gau Sewa Aayog for preservation, conservation and welfare of cows in the State. It would regulate the institutions like Gausadans, Gaushalas, cow sanctuaries, Gau Vigyan Kendras and community animal rearing centres etc. engaged in welfare of cows. The Aayog would also be helpful in addressing the problems relating to abandoned cows.
The Cabinet also approved the lease amount of Patanjali Yog Peeth as per the Lease Rules.
The approval was accorded for Himachal Pradesh State Urban Solid Waste Management Policy with an objective to provide directions for carrying out the waste management activities in a manner which is not just environmentally, socially and financially sustainable but also economically viable.
A decision was made to establish one Additional District and Session Court at Nalagarh in Solan district and four Civil Courts at Kullu, Banjar, Tissa and Shillai alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.
The decision was taken to fill up ten posts of Executive Officers for Municipal Councils and seven posts of Secretaries for Nagar Panchayats through direct recruitment.
The approval was accorded to implement Mahila Shakti Kendra Scheme in Chamba district which aims at making rural women aware about their rights and help them in getting benefits of various schemes being implemented by the government. It also approved to fill up a post of Women Welfare Officer and two posts of District Coordinator for implementing this scheme.
It was decided to fill up 15 vacant posts of faculty (Assistant Professor) through direct recruitment on regular basis through Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission in Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Medical College, Chamba.
The Cabinet gave its consent to create and fill up 107 posts of various categories on contract basis in H.P. Prisons and Correctional Services Department which include 3 posts of Assistant Superintendent (Jail), 10 posts of Head Warder (Male) six posts of Head Warder (Female), 75 posts of Warder (Male) and 10 posts of Warder (Female) and three posts of dispenser.
With a view to check violations of Motor Vehicles Rules and generate more revenue to the State exchequer, the Cabinet decided to enhance the composite fee on the vehicles entering the State from other States.
The Cabinet gave its nod for creation of an IT Cell in Irrigation and Public Health Department for successful implementation of the management information system along-with creating and filling up of six posts of various categories on contract basis.

It also decided to open IPH Sub Division at Kotlu in Karsog Division of Mandi district along-with creation and filling up of requisite posts.
The Cabinet gave its approval to nominate the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as the main partner at National level for Himachal Pradesh Global Investors Conclave proposed to be organized in June, 2019 at Dharamshala. It was also decided that a Sub Committee would be constituted under the Chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary (Industries) to hold discussions with CII and finalising the Memorandum of Understanding.
The decision was taken to transfer the government land along-with old building of Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) in Nupur in Kangra district for construction of judicial complex.
The Cabinet gave its nod to add two more trades viz. Automobile engineering and Electrical Engineering in Government Polytechnics Dhaulakuana in Sirmaur district with intake of 60 seats each along-with creation and filling up of requisite posts.

HPPSC DECLARED FINAL RESULT OF POST CODE 588,STATISTICAL ASSISTANT, SEE
Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the final
result for the recruitment of 24 posts {General(UR)=15, General(BPL)=01, OBC(UR)=03,
SC(UR)=04 & ST(UR)=01} of Statistical Assistant (on contract basis) Post Code: 588
which were received from the departments of Animal Husbandry, Land Records, Women
and Child Development, Economic Advisor, Advisor(Planning) & Tribal Development.
Initially 20 posts were received from Animal Husbandry, Land Records,
Economic Advisor, Advisor(Planning) & Tribal Development departments of Himachal
Pradesh and were advertised vide advertisement No. 33-2/2017 dated 08.09.2017. Later on
04 posts of similar nature were received from Women and Child Development, were
clubbed with the already advertised posts as per the approval of the Apex Commission.
Based on the merit of Written Objective Type Screening Test held on 12
th
May, 2018, 83 candidates were called for evaluation process on government notified parameters
which was conducted on 15.09.2018.
The Commission has compiled the final result of 24
posts of Statistical Assistant (on contract basis) Post Code: 588. The candidates bearing the

DELHI HIGH COURT RECRUITMENT 2018, APPLY FOR 50 POSTS
THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI invites online applications from eligible candidates for filling up 50 vacancies in Delhi judicial Service by holding Delhi Judicial Service Examination in two successive stages:
(i) Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (objective type with 25% negative marking) for selection for the main examination; and
(ii) Delhi Judicial Service Main Examination (Written) for selection of candidates for calling for Viva voce
The Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) referred to above, will be held on Sunday, the 10th February, 2019.
The scale of pay of members of the Service is Rs. Rs. 56100-177500 in the 10th level of matrix.

published on dated 28.06.2018 vide which 01 post of Junior Draughtsman

Giving appointment letters to 650 teachers from the societies in the education department

Education Department, Punjab, in the auditorium of Punjab School Education Board, Soni said that unions are using teachers for personal liberty. The Captain government gave both options to the teachers. Those or those under Societies continue to continue services or are regular in the education department.
After this, the Education Minister handed the appointment letters to 650 teachers who are regular in the education department from Sarv Sikhya Abhiyan (SSA) and other societies. It may be recalled that the notification for regular appointment was made by the Punjab government in the education department in which the teachers working under the Societies were given the option of going to terms in the education department or being under the Societies. A regular appointment letter was issued to thousands of teachers who clicked this option till October 23.
Today, Education Minister Mr. Soni has given appointment letters to the teachers who are going to the education department from October 8 to 23 in the function. He said that the teachers who are going to be regular candidates will be given favorite stations.
On this occasion, Mr. Soni greeted all the teachers and said that Chief Minister Punjab Capt. Amarinder Singh has given regular salary to the teachers besides giving grade pay of Rs. 5000 for which he thanked the teachers for the Chief Minister. He said that these teachers who became part of the government of Punjab should now implement the policy of promoting the education of the government and beautify the name of schools and schools. He said that after selecting the profession of teaching, the teacher should think about the best results of the students, rather than shielding the education of the children, the leaders should shine while boycotting the policies. He also asked the teachrrs to leave the teacher leadership and do the training work.
Secretary, School Education, Punjab Krishan Kumar, Chairman, Punjab School Education Board, Manohar Kant Chlohia, Director General School Education, Punjab, Mr. Prashant Goyal, DPI (Secondary), Sukhjit Pal Singh, DPI (Elementary), Inderjit Singh and other officers were present.

IF YOU WANT TO BE A TEACHER, STAY IN B.ED FOR 4 YEARS
In a major change, the Union Human Resource Development Ministry is said to have approved the introduction of an integrated teacher education programme- a four-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), which meets the international norms for teacher training programmes across the globe. Though this has been a highly debated issue, students from the city said this is a good move.
According to sources from the ministry, after several consultations with experts and due to the growing demand from the teaching community, the ministry approved the four-year programme which will involve a lengthy hands-on experience training for teachers before they graduate.
Sources said that this approval has been sent to the law and justice ministry for legal vetting of the course, which is expected to come through in the next few weeks.
Across the country, lakhs of students seek admission to B.Ed colleges. The demand is especially high in Karnataka, as it is a mandatory course or a programme for anybody to join a school (private or government) as a teacher.
“If this course becomes a four-year course, then it will save a year for students as they can enroll for the programme right after their second Pre-University (IIPU) examinations. As of now, someone enrolling to B.Ed course should have a Bachelors degree in any stream,” said an academician in the city.
Colleges hope to step up to cope with this change. A former vice-chancellor of State-university told BM, “We cannot continue to have chart presentations, craftwork and copy-paste jobs by B.Ed students. These are the people who go out there and shape our kids’ future. They need to be more creative, adaptive to technology and they need to learn holistically to teach holistically. We need to change our classroom setting, we need to build an atmosphere in a more comprehensive way.”
While B.Ed or any education courses for teachers are governed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), it is said that the ministry of human resource development will bring in changes in the NCTE Act.
Sources said that the NCTE is on its toes with the process of revamping the syllabus, that can fit in a four-year course duration for B.Ed.
