NCERT की अधिसूचना को उ.प्र सरकार ने दी मान्यता, बीएड वाले भी बनेंगे प्राइमरी अध्यापक

राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद यानी एनसीटीई नई दिल्ली ने 28 जून, 2018 को अधिसूचना जारी कर प्राइमरी स्कूलों में सहायक अध्यापक के पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से शिक्षा स्नातक (बीएड) प्रशिक्षण को मान्यता दी थी। कहा गया कि अध्यापक के रूप में नियुक्त व्यक्ति को प्राथमिक शिक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त होने पर दो वर्ष के भीतर ब्रिज कोर्स पूरा करना अनिवार्य होगा।

इसके पहले सिर्फ बीटीसी प्रशिक्षण पर ही सहायक अध्यापक नियुक्त होते थे। अब दोनों मान्य हैं। यह संशोधन 28 जून, 2018 से ही इसलिए लागू किया गया है, क्योंकि 69000 शिक्षक भर्ती की प्रक्रिया दिसंबर 2018 में शुरू हुई और उसमें एनसीटीई के निर्देश पर बीएड अभ्यर्थियों से भी आवेदन लिए गए। 69 हजार पदों के लिए चार लाख 31 हजार से अधिक अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किया था।

अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या तेजी से बढ़ने का कारण बीएड योग्यताधारी ही थे, क्योंकि इसके पहले 68500 सहायक अध्यापक भर्ती के लिए महज सवा लाख ही आवेदन हो सके थे, उस समय तक बीएड प्राथमिक स्कूलों में मान्य नहीं था। योगी सरकार के इस कदम से 69000 शिक्षक भर्ती में चयन को लेकर अब विवाद नहीं रहेगा।

बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के प्राथमिक स्कूलों में शिक्षक बनने के लिए बीएड को मान्य करने पर भले ही कैबिनेट ने मंगलवार को मुहर लगाई है लेकिन, बीएड योग्यताधारियों को 69000 शिक्षक भर्ती में ही मौका दिया जा चुका है।

आवेदन लिए जाने के समय यह बात उठी थी कि परिषद की अध्यापक सेवा नियमावली में संशोधन नहीं हुआ है। योगी सरकार ने एनसीटीई के निर्देश को मान्य कर दिया है।

उ. प्र. सरकार का बड़ा फैसला: प्राइमरी स्कूलों में अध्यापकों की भर्ती के लिए बीएड को दी मान्यता

उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकार ने आज कैबिनेट मीटिंग में अहम फैसला लेते हुए प्राइमरी क्लास में पढ़ाने के लिए B.ed को मान्यता दे दी है। इसके लिए बेसिक बेसिक शिक्षा सेवा नियमावली 2019 को मंजूरी दे दी है।

प्राइमरी स्कूल में सहायक अध्यापक की भर्ती के लिए बीटीसी के साथ बीएड योग्यताधारी भी मान्य होंगे इसे नियमावली के परिशिष्ट में शामिल किया गया है।

हिमाचल का बेरोजगारी में बना नया रिकार्ड : पडोसी राज्यों से आगे निकला हिमाचल

उत्तराखंड व हिमाचल दोनों पहाड़ी राज्य हैं और दोनों के संसाधन समान हैं। पड़ोसी राज्य भी जलविद्युत उत्पादन पर केंद्रित है और हिमाचल भी।

लेकिन उत्तराखंड पर्यटन की दृष्टि से हिमाचल से कहीं आगे निकल चुका है।पहाड़ी राज्य होने के बावजूद वहां पर औद्योगिक विस्तार भी अधिक हुआ है।

पड़ोसी राज्य उत्तराखंड की भौगोलिक परिस्थितियां हिमाचल जैसी हैं, मगर उत्तराखंड में बेरोजगारी की प्रतिशतता 4.2 व हिमाचल में 13.4 फीसद है।

हिमाचल में बेरोजगारों का आंकड़ा लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। हिमाचल बेरोजगारी के मामले में देश में छठे स्थान पर है। राज्य में बेरोजगारी का समाधान निकालने के प्रयासों के बीच प्रशिक्षित व अप्रशिक्षित बेरोजगारों की संख्या में हर साल बढ़ोतरी हो रही है।

अधिक अंक लेने के बाद भी सरकारी नौकरी नहीं मिली

अधिक अंक लेने के बाद भी सरकारी नौकरी नहीं मिल पाई। आरक्षण रोस्टर के कारण अनुसूचित जाति के अभ्यर्थियों का जेल वार्डर भर्ती में चयन नहीं हुआ। ऐसे कई अनुसूचित जाति से संबंध रखने वाले अभ्यर्थी थे जिन्होंने सामान्य वर्ग और अपने आरक्षित वर्ग के सभी उम्मीदवारों से अधिक अंक लिए थे।

कई आवेदकों ने तो 74.4 प्रतिशत अंक लिए थे। अनुसूचित जाति के ऐसे उम्मीदवार लिखित परीक्षा में अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने के बावजूद अपने आरक्षित वर्ग से तो बाहर हुए सामान्य वर्ग में भी उन पर विचार नहीं (कंसीडर) किया गया। इस तरह के मामले ध्यान में आने पर पुलिस महानिदेशक कारागार विभाग सोमेश गोयल ने मुख्य सचिव बीके अग्रवाल को अर्ध सरकारी पत्र (डेमी ऑफिसियल लेटर) लिखकर अवगत करवाया। आरंभिक तौर पर कार्मिक विभाग ने इसमें सुधार की संभावना व्यक्त की है। अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव आरडी धीमान ने बताया कि इस तरह का मामला सामने आया है। उस पर सभी पहलुओं को देखते हुए विचार किया जाएगा। उसके उपरांत मामला मुख्यमंत्री को भेजा जाएगा

चिंता: 10 सालों में 50% नौकरियों का वजूद होगा खत्म

8.66 लाख बेरोजगार: 1784 नौकरियां दी उनमें से 564 मंडी जिले को, तीन जिलों को शून्य

हिमाचल सरकार के एक साल के कार्यकाल में रोेजगार कार्यालयों के माध्यम से सबसे ज्यादा सरकारी नौकरियां मुख्यमंत्री के गृह जिले मंडी के लोगों को मिली हैं। पिछले एक साल में प्रदेश के कुल 1784 युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरी मिली। इनमें करीब एक तिहाई नियुक्तियां मंडी के लोगों की हुई हैं। यह आंकड़े एक अप्रैल 2018 से लेकर 30 मार्च 2019 तक के हैं।

मंडी का आंकड़ा 564 है जबकि पूर्व केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जेपी नड्डा के गृह जिले बिलासपुर, लाहौल और किन्नौर जिले के लोगों को एक भी नौकरी नहीं मिली। तीनों जिलों का आंकड़ा शून्य है। कुल्लू में मात्र नौ, सोलन में 21, ऊना में 23 और चंबा जिले में 83 युवाओं को ही रोजगार मिला। हालांकि, रोजगार कार्यालयों के अलावा और भी कई माध्यमों से सरकार नौकरियां देती है।

सरकारी नौकरी पाने वालों में प्रदेश में दूसरे स्थान पर कांगड़ा जिला है। कांगड़ा में एक साल में 381 युवाओं को सरकारी विभागों में नौकरी मिली। तीसरे स्थान पर हमीरपुर में 337 को रोजगार मिला। वहीं, शिमला में 186, सिरमौर में 180 युवाओं को सरकार ने काम दिया। वहीं, सोलन में 21, ऊना में 23, चंबा में 83 और कुल्लू में महज 9 को सरकारी प्लेसमेंट हासिल हुआ है ।
रोजगार कार्यालय के लाइव रजिस्टर में कुल 8.66 लोगों में दो लाख से ज्यादा एससी जाति के लोग बतौर बेरोजगार दर्ज हैं। वहीं 49,340 एसटी, 1.07 लाख ओबीसी और 4.98 लाख अन्य जाति के बेरोजगार पंजीकृत हैं।

LIC has started the LIC ADO Recruitment 2019 Online Application porcess through its official portal. The candidates who are interested to apply for LIC ADO 2019 can visit the career page of the Corporation. The last date of application is 09 June 2019.

An LIC ADO Recruitment Notification has been released, according to which the Life Insurance Corporation of India is inviting applications for 8581 Apprentice Development Officer (ADO) Posts in the various Divisional Offices under Western Zonal Offices, Maharashtra.

As per the details available, LDC ADO application process will be done online from 20 May and will continue till 09 June 2019. The selection will be done on the basis of Online Examination (Preliminary) and Online Examination (Main). Candidates can download LIC ADO Exam Admit Card from 29 June 2019.

LIC is hiring both open candidates and candidates who previously working as an employee, in Employees category and Agents category, of the Life Insurance Corporation. All the candidates should possess Bachelors’ Degree of a University in India established under a statute or approved for the purpose or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.

Eligibility For PGTS

PGTs MA/M.Sc./M.Com with 50% marks or above and B.Ed.

PGTs (Food Production
& Beverages) Degree/3 Years Diploma in Hotel Management with 60% marks in degree/diploma in Hotel Management.
PGT FMM a. Essential
M.Com/MBA/ MA (Economics)/ Master of Financial Control/ Master of Financial Services or equivalent
for Accounting for Business.
OR
Bachelor degree from recognized University / Institutes with NSEs Certification in Financial Markets
(NCFM) having passed 3 modules with minimum 60% in
1. Financial Markets (Beginners’ Module)
2. Capital Market Dealers Module
3. Derivative Markets Dealers Module
OR
Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Application from recognized University / Institutes with
minimum two years experience of working in all the module of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,
Outlook)

SUBJECT COMBINATION IN GRADUATION FOR TGTs
TGT (Science) Botany, Zoology & Chemistry.
TGT (Maths) Bachelor Degree in Maths along with Physics and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry,
Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics.
TGT (SS) History with Geography/Economics/Political Science, OR Geography with History/Economics/Political Science.
TGT (Hindi, English, Urdu, Marathi)

Preference will be given to the CTET qualified candidate (Paper-II) for TGTs only conducted by CBSE
