PTA Regularisation Update : Now teachers have to wait upto 6th December

PTA Regularisation case: Administrative Tribunal sought clarification from the government

The hearing on the matter relating to regularization and contractualization of PTA teachers working in the schools of the state was adjourned till 6 December.



During the hearing of the contract PTA Teachers Association, the Administrative Tribunal sought clarification from the government on the demand of PTA teachers. During the hearing in the state administrative tribunal, the PTA teachers demanded that either the decision of their regularization or contract should be based on the final settlement of the pending petition in the Supreme Court or the government should apply to the PTA An explanation should be sought on the matter related to whether there really is any case related to PTA pending in the Supreme Court. Or not.



 It is clear from the petitioners that there is no case pending regarding the regularization of PTA teachers in the Supreme Court. During the hearing in the Administrative Tribunal on the petition of contract PTA teacher association, the tribunal also sought clarification from the government on the above demand of PTA teachers.


 5107 PTA teachers in the state are appointed on contract basis. 1400 PTA teachers are yet to come to the contract.


However, the government contract teachers are paying equal pay and other facilities. The argument of the contract PTA teacher association in the petition In the petition given in the Administrative Tribunal, the PTA Teachers Association has argued that the Chief Petitioner Pankaj Kumar has withdrawn his case from the Supreme Court regarding temporary teachers.
