JBT RECRUITMENT : HIGH COURT ASKED HPSSB HOW MUCH TIME FOR RECRUITMENT


The question raised by the applicants in the High Court that both the courses are different.
Shimla . The High Court has asked the Election Commission in its pass orders that how much time will it take to fill 14,000 vacant posts of teachers in Himachal? A Bench of Acting Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Sandeep Sharma ordered the Chief Secretary of the state to take necessary steps to fill vacant posts in the state schools. In this case JBT trainees informed the court through the report that while filling the posts of JBT by State Government, ETT trainees were given priority over JBT trainees. However, the course of ETT trainees is very different from the JBT trainees. It was requested through the report that the petitioners should be made the respondent in this petition. It was informed through the report that the candidates who have been given Diploma in ETT from Jammu and Kashmir are totally different from the ETT course being conducted in Himachal Pradesh. It has been alleged that after scrutinizing the people who have done the ETT diploma from Jammu and Kashmir, there is an FIR registered in Crime Branch Jammu. It has been found in the police investigation that students did not go to the institutes regularly to do an ETT course, but they used to attend institutions at the time of the examination. Despite filling up the posts of JBT by its state government, ETT trainees are being given priority over JBT trainees. During the preliminary hearing of the report, the court has given time to file a reply and the bench has clarified in its order that the appointment of candidates with ETT courses on JBT posts will depend on the final decision of this petition. Be aware that during the previous hearing, the Education Secretary had told the court through an affidavit that 14354 posts of teachers in Himachal Pradesh are vacant, out of which 2554 posts of teachers in primary schools are running vacant and 1754 are vacant As far as the primary primary is out of the 16185 posts of teachers, 2499 posts are vacant and out of 16901 sanctioned posts of C & V, 5277 are vacant. In the matter of highlighting the vacant posts of teachers in the State Senior Secondary School of Nihari Tehsil of Mandi district, the High Court had passed the said order. The next hearing of the matter has been fixed on August 29.
