पंजाब अधीनस्थ सेवाएं चयन बोर्ड ( पीएसएसएसबी ) ने शिक्षा विभाग में लाइब्रेरियन के 750 पदों की भर्ती के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया है। बोर्ड के चेयरमैन रमन बहल ने बताया कि बोर्ड की हाल ही में हुई बैठक में 2280 पदों की भर्ती के लिए प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की मंजूरी दी गई थी, जिसके पहले पड़ाव के तौर पर शिक्षा का मानक ऊंचा उठाने के लिए शिक्षा विभाग में स्कूल लाइब्रेरियन के 750 पद भरने के लिए पांच अप्रैल सेऑनलाइन आवेदन लेने के लिए विज्ञापन जारी कर दिया गया है।
योग्यता 12वीं पास व लाइब्रेरी साइंस में दो वर्ष का डिप्लोमा।
आयु सीमा सामान्य - 18 वर्ष से 37 वर्ष आरक्षित वर्गों को राज्य सरकार के नियम के मुताबिक अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट मिलेगी।

Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics.
TGT (SS) History with Geography/Economics/Political Science, OR Geography with History/Economics/Political Science.
TGT (Hindi, English, Urdu, Marathi)
Preference will be given to the CTET qualified candidate (Paper-II) for TGTs only conducted by CBSE
